Green Smoke | Tutorial

I LOVE a smoky eye during the Fall and Winter months. I also love to do a smoky eye with colors that are not black or grey. I love wearing green shadow {even though some might bash wearing green shadow because my eyes are green}. This look also highlights how to use palettes all year long. The Too Faced Sweet Peach palette is definitely a great Spring and Summer palette but you can use it all year long! {I’ve heard they are bringing it back sometime soon!}

For this look I already did my foundation as I normally would, my brows, and prepped my lids with Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Below are the shadows from the palette that I used. Peaches ‘N Cream, Charmed, Bless Her Heart, and Delicious.

First  I used peaches n cream to set my shadow primer and swept it on lash line to brow bone.

Then I used charmed in the crease, and really built up the color.

After this step I used a green shadow pencil as a base for the green shadow. This helped amplify the color and deepen it a little. I then patted bless her heart on top of the pencil.

I then used the Colorpop’s black gel creme liner to line my tight line and waterline. I used bless her heart to smudge the black liner and used charmed to help blend out the green. I used delicious to highlight the inner corner and dabbed a little in the middle of the lid.

I finished this off with Smashbox X-rated mascara.

This is the final look! I finished this off with Colourpop’s Ultra Matte in Viper.
